The goal of the 30 Day Reboot isn’t just to help you lose weight, but to help wake you up to the higher version of yourself. By the end of these thirty days, you’ll know everything you need to know to look and feel amazing. More importantly, though, you’ll have the tools and mental blueprint to ensure that you follow through on that knowledge.
Having optimal health and fitness will help you experience life through a more beautiful lens. When you feel great, you can enjoy little and big gifts on a deeper level. You’ll have more energy to do the things you love, explore new opportunities, and the confidence to help you overcome obstacles that come your way.
Confidence doesn’t come from a smaller size jeans, or losing ten pounds. It comes from taking the actions that you know are good for you. Every person has two natures; an ambitious nature, and a “ball and chain” nature. Every time you choose to act on your ambitious nature, you strengthen it, and weaken the lazier side of yourself. That is how you gain confidence.
What Health & Fitness is REALLY About
Health and fitness is really a metaphor for the rest of life. When people say “I want to lose weight”, what they’re really saying is:
It’s not the weight that matters, it’s what it takes to accomplish the goal that people really care about. And to be honest, those are the things I truly hope you get out of the next thirty days. Yes, you will lose weight, and look even more beautiful. But the super powers you gain along the way are what I’m most excited about.
Here’s what you’ll learn by the end of this course
How this course was designed
The course is designed in a day by day sequence, in order of importance, and each day builds on the previous day. Doing these days in order, especially getting through the topics covered in the first week, is highly recommended for your long term success. In fact, if you can practice just the stuff we discuss in Week One alone, you’ll see drastic, long lasting, life changing results.
Each day, you’ll be given a workout, and next action plan for your day! These workouts are suggestions, and they aren’t set in stone. If you can do all the workouts, that’s great. If you feel like doing your own workouts on any particular day, that’s fine too.
Same goes with the meal plans. You can always substitute for foods that are comparable in nutritional content! For example, if you’re not a fan of fish, on the days when fish is used, feel free to use a protein of your choice.
