  Course Introduction & Important Details

Welcome to the course! I'm so excited you're here. Before we jump into the program, let's get a few details squared away

What you'll need:

  1. A Tabata Timer or interval timer app (I recommend Tabata Timer Pro)
  2. This Workout Calendar
  3. Note the "Course Materials" section on the bottom of the syllabus, in case you'd like to print out any of the sheets later on. If you're having trouble seeing the syllabus, make sure you've closed out of any lessons and videos so you can see it.
What to expect:
  1. Each day we cover a new lesson
  2. Each day comes with a homework assignment, meant to help you build up momentum for positive changes.
  3. Each day comes with a workout that I put together for you. The workouts are planned out to compliment each other, and get progressively more challenging each week.
